Under Ofgem Financial Information Licence Conditions, as a holder of Electricity Generation Licences, ScottishPower Renewables is required to publicly report financial results for generation. It does so on a consolidated basis with the ScottishPower Group which also has obligations with respect to Electricity and Gas Supply Licences.
This is a requirement for all large vertically integrated companies, with the aim of providing greater transparency around how company revenues, costs and profits are split across the different parts of the business. Take a look at all of our company reporting documents since the year 2009 below.
